Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams on AI-powered voice and chat bot products, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects that improve automation, customer experience, and conversational AI capabilities.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple projects across different teams.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and task trackers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Help document project requirements, meeting notes, and progress updates.

Requirements

• Final year college students or candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Interest in AI-powered products, particularly voice and chat bot technologies, and willingness to work closely with teams building conversational AI solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
