The Campus Crew Ambassador (Student Program) at HackerRank is a 6-month, fully remote internship designed as a volunteer-based experiential learning opportunity for students across India. The program focuses on building leadership, community engagement, and communication skills while representing HackerRank on campus. Ambassadors play a key role in promoting coding culture, organizing technical events, and connecting students with real-world skill-building opportunities. Responsibilities
Represent HackerRank as a campus ambassador by acting as the primary point of contact and promoting the platform within the college community.
Organize and host workshops, hackathons, and technical sessions to engage students and build interest in coding and upskilling.
Build and grow the campus developer ecosystem by encouraging participation in HackerRank challenges and initiatives.
Collaborate with the HackerRank team to execute campus campaigns, events, and community-driven programs.
Inspire peers to enhance their technical skills and prepare for interviews through active engagement and mentorship.
Requirements
Currently enrolled college student (any year or major) with an interest in technology and coding.
Passion for community building, event organization, and engaging with peers in a campus environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to take initiative confidently.
Basic coding knowledge and enthusiasm for learning and sharing technical skills.
Availability to commit approximately 4–6 hours per week for the duration of the program.
