The mthree Graduate Recruitment Program (Tech – 2025) is an entry-level career development program designed for graduates and early-career candidates to start careers in technology, banking, and business domains.
The program begins with 6–10 weeks of fully paid, instructor-led training at the mthree Academy, delivered by industry experts in small interactive batches. After successful completion of training, candidates are deployed to work with top global clients for 12–24 months, gaining real-world industry experience.
Participants are supported throughout the program with structured learning plans, continuous mentorship, and salary increments every 9 months. The program does not require any fees or exit costs, ensuring fair access to opportunities.
Candidates work on real-world systems such as enterprise applications and high-performance platforms, including algorithmic trading systems and regulatory technologies, while collaborating with global teams.
After completing the program, most candidates continue their careers with the client organizations, making this program a strong pathway into long-term tech roles.

Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, stable software applications (both off-the-shelf and custom-built solutions)
Work with global client teams across industries such as banking, healthcare, aviation, and insurance
Support and maintain critical systems including algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting platforms
Apply strong software engineering practices including data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multithreading
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in applications and systems
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, and deployment
Follow and apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices where applicable
Engage in intensive training and continuously improve technical and professional skills
Transition from training to real-world client projects and contribute to production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver technology solutions
Requirements
Educational & Academic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM field
Minimum 60% aggregate across academics (10th, 12th/Diploma, UG/PG)
No active backlogs or standing arrears
Technical Skills
Strong programming knowledge in one or more languages: Java, Python, C, C++, or others
