Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, stable applications (custom & off-the-shelf)
• Support critical systems like algorithmic trading engines and regulatory platforms
• Work with global teams across industries (banking, healthcare, aviation, insurance)
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Apply core concepts: Data Structures, OOP, Design Patterns, Multithreading
• Contribute across SDLC (development, testing, deployment)
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
• Transition from training to real-world client projects as an mthree Alumni

Requirements

• Education & Eligibility
• Degree in Computer Science / IT / STEM
• ≥60% aggregate across academics (10th, 12th/Diploma, UG/PG)
• No active backlogs Technical Skills
• Programming: Java, Python, C, C++, or similar
• Strong in Data Structures, OOP, Design Patterns, Multithreading
• Understanding of SDLC & Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Competitive coding (added advantage) Other Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication (mandatory for screening rounds)
• Ability to work in global teams and adapt quickly Application & Compliance Requirements
