Mahindra Campus Hiring 2026 is a large-scale hiring initiative by Mahindra & Mahindra’s Automotive and Farm Sector aimed at engineering students graduating in 2026. The program is designed to provide a strong campus-to-corporate transition by offering structured trainee roles such as Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) for B.Tech students, Postgraduate Engineering Trainee (PGET) for M.Tech graduates, Swaraj Graduate Engineering Trainee (SGET) for specific streams, and Graduate Agriculture Trainee (GAgT) for agriculture engineering students. Responsibilities

  • Mahindra Campus Hiring 2026 (GET / PGET / SGET / GAgT)
  • Work on real-world engineering projects, contribute to product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and validation of automotive and farm equipment
  • Support design, testing, and development of components, ensure quality standards and engineering benchmarks are met
  • Participate in manufacturing and shop floor activities, understand end-to-end production and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with experienced engineers and business units across Mahindra’s ecosystem
  • Solve real-world engineering challenges, apply technical knowledge in practical scenarios from day one
  • Build strong engineering foundation, gain exposure to core engineering roles and systems across domains

Requirements

  • Education & Eligibility
  • B.Tech or M.Tech students graduating in 2026, eligible streams include Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science/IT, Mechatronics, Automobile, ECE, Metallurgical, Design, Production, Agriculture Engineering
  • Minimum 60% aggregate across academics, preference for consistent academic performance in 10th and 12th, no active backlogs Technical Skills
  • Strong engineering fundamentals, ability to apply concepts in real-world product development, manufacturing, and engineering systems
  • Understanding of core domain subjects based on specialization, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Other Skills
